30 barrel brew kitchen This 1938 thirty barrel brew house came from Ulm Germany and is being refurbished to give unique "old world" flavor to our beer. Our goal is to create superb "beer" flavors for which European countries are famous.  Old style copper design in the Bavarian tradition makes it able to produce exceptional ales as well as world class lagers and pilsners.
